The time to relax and talk allows us to be ourselves and gain an insight into another person.

When you come to Diane to talk about your weight, she will not recommend a quick sprint up Ben Nevis each morning followed by 150 press ups … unless this is what you would like to do! She will not necessarily suggest you visit a gym because gyms are very public, and you may prefer to be in a more private environment. No, she will look at your lifestyle and trace back to what you used to enjoy doing when you had the time for the things that were important. And somewhere in there we will find the right mix of exercise and food for you. No fad schemes that are so painful you just go back to your old habits at the first excuse.
