No time for fitness?

Do you envy the joggers running in the sunshine because you feel you don’t have that amount of time to exercise? Or if you go to the gym does everybody else look incredibly young, with perfect bodies and all the latest kit? Do they seem to have only themselves to worry about and all the time in the world to gain the perfect figure?

As life goes on, we seem to collect responsibilities, not lose them. We may be bringing up children, which can be a huge demand even if there are two of you, and almost constant responsibility if you are on your own. We may have elderly parents to care for or an ill partner. Even the much-loved family pet needs us. Whatever the circumstances, those carefree days of our youth can seem far away and in that situation it can be easy to let ourselves go both in self esteem and bodily fitness.

Diane has written this page for people like you who may feel demoralised about ever being fit again. You don’t know how to fit exercise in to your busy schedule or even where to start because things have lapsed so badly.

Make time for your fitness

Help is at hand. Diane has been through many of those situations above and knows that they are extremely tiring and stressful. But she has found that exercise in her own life saved her sanity as well as giving her the energy to continue. One of the most rewarding things about exercise is the energy it gives you! Once you can get into the habit you will find yourself renewed in both body and mind.

Diane’s training programmes for people who don’t have the energy to get started are based on small easy-to-achieve steps. She knows you don’t have the time or the inclination to train for the London Marathon or the 3 Peaks Race. And you certainly don’t want some hardcore youngster telling you ”its easy just follow me”. You want to be encouraged to fit in small amounts of exercise on a daily basis which develops until your exercise habit becomes a real part of your life.

If you don’t have the time or inclination to visit a gym, don’t worry. Diane sees clients in their homes or at a suitable outdoor location within 10 miles of Maidenhead. She will look at your diet so that you can slowly eliminate all the eating habits of busy people that rob them of energy. Success will come from small, achievable steps. Where once you might have grabbed a snack, you will become inspired to look after yourself with healthy and nutritious dishes, which don’t cost the earth.

Gradually you will find yourself looking forward to exercise, and enjoying every minute. And of course your body will look better, and you will feel better- guaranteed.

Just give Diane a call for the first step into a less stressed life.
